Aux Quatre Saisons bed and breakfast is located in the village of Axat, equidistant between Carcassonne and Perpignan in the Aude Department of Languedoc Roussillon.

Please do not confuse us with the Hotel in Axat!  We are Aux Quatre Saisons, Chambres D'Hotes (bed and breakfast) in Axat - you will see our directional signs and our leaf logo on the approach to Axat and in Axat village itself.

Directions:

Travelling from the South -
Pass through the village of Lapradelle-Puilarens (beware of the bridge which can be dangerous) and after approximately 4 kilometres (3 miles) you'll come to the roundabout with the Tourist Office.  Turn left, Axat is signposted.  You pass along the beautiful River Aude for 1 kilometre before entering the village of Axat.  Drive straight through the village past the shops and just past the Tabac you come to a fork in the road - keep left, direction Font Romeu.  1 kilometre further on you come to a right hand bend in the road.  Aux Quatre Saisons is immediately past this bend on the right hand side.  Look out for the cream stone pillars.  We are the last house on the right before the viaduct.

Travelling from the North -
From Quillan (beware of speed traps!) on the D117 approximately 11 kilometres (7 miles) you'll come to the roundabout with the Tourist Office.  Turn right, Axat is signposted.  You pass along the beautiful River Aude for 1 kilometre before entering the village of Axat.  Drive straight through the village past the shops and just past the Tabac you come to a fork in the road - keep left, direction Font Romeu.  1 kilometre further on you come to a right hand bend in the road.  Aux Quatre Saisons is immediately past this bend on the right hand side.  Look out for the cream stone pillars.  We are the last house on the right before the viaduct.
